Technology Requirements

** Internet connection: DSL or higher recommended
** Browser: Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari
** Operating system: Any OS that supports a required browser (includes Mac, Windows, and Linux)
** An email service that accepts PDF attachments
** Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download at www.adobe.com/acrobat)
** Java Script Must be enabled
** Browser cookies must be enabled

Approved Sender List

The most current version of the list is always available from the Client Resources section of your PDPworks dashboard. Provide the following list to your IT Help Desk to help ensure successful receipt of all email from your PDPworks.com account.

1. Allow messages from each of the following domains:
–@my.pdpworks.com
–@pdpglobal.com
2. Allow incoming messages sent from the domain list on behalf of an internal address.
3. Permit PDF attachments.
