Course Overview
Survey Senders possess a foundational understanding of generating and creating PDP Reports used by individuals trained to work with their people. They also have a solid working knowledge of the folder structure their company employs in organizing PDP data.
In this course you will find both videos and images describing how to send out surveys and generate reports. The two main menus we will primarily cover in this course are:
- Survey Menu
- User Menu
Below you will find lessons describing both of these menus. The course takes approximately twenty minutes to complete.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you will come to in PDPworks. Depending on whether you have a Gold or Platinum/Enterprise account, you will see something slightly different. Click on the appropraite dashboard below to see an example.
Gold Accounts
The dashboard will show you the funds available in different accounts.
Platinum/Enterprise Accounts
The dashboard will show you account activity and how many people have recently completed a survey and in which folder.
