MANAGE
Management Results with QuickViewThis course is designed to train new and experienced managers how to improve the performance of their employees by leveraging the one-paged QuickView Report. Please register for this course to begin.
Necessary Items
A copy of your own Manager QuickView Report printed out and in front of you. If you do not have this report, please request a copy from the person who sent you to this course.
A copy of the MANAGE PowerApp.
Images
Most images in the presentations and in the quizzes (like graphs) can be enlarged by clicking on the image. They will typically open up in an overlay or in a new tab. Once you are finished viewing the image and you wish to return to where you were previously, please close the tab or overlay.
Perfect Blend
Four different lessons make up the course content (see bottom of page). The progress bar to the right keeps track of which lesson you have completed.
When you click on a lesson you will be brought to a page where you can launch an interactive presentation that opens up in a new window. It will be important for you to close that window and return to the eCampus after you are done with that presentation in order to take the quiz or complete the survey associated with that lesson. You will be required to complete and pass each quiz before you are allowed to move on. If you exit the course part way through, your place will be saved for you for when you return.
NOTE: At the end of the final lesson, you will be provided a form in which you will write out your answer to the Practice Session at the end of Lesson 4. Your answers to these questions will be emailed to your supervisor (and instructor if applicable).
